Jacqueline Borer

Jacqueline Borer, CEO of Borer Financial Communications, Inc. founded the company in 1996 when the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) first implemented the EDGAR Filing System. Ms. Borer is an expert in SEC EDGAR filings and has a broad range of securities law experience. Her knowledge extends to virtually all form types accepted by the SEC.

Borer Financial’s success lies in Ms. Borer’s passion and keen eye for detail. She not only ensures that the documents are filed on a timely basis with the SEC, she makes sure that they are aesthetically pleasing and that all of our clients’ last minute revisions are successfully incorporated into the documents.

Jacqueline has overseen the transition from paper filings to electronic (ASCII & HTML) filings and is fully versed with the requirements and procedures for XBRL filings.

Ms. Borer attended Trinity College in Washington, D.C. and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, New Jersey. Jacqueline is also an associate member of the New Jersey Bar Association.


Stephanie Allen

Stephanie Allen joined Borer Financial in 2007 as a Vice President of Customer Service. Her duties involve interacting with our clients, internal staff and the Securities and Exchange Commission on a daily basis. Stephanie is responsible for overseeing the in-house proofreading staff to ensure that documents are formatted correctly and that all of the clients’ many revisions are incorporated into the SEC filings. Ms. Allen was formerly an SEC paralegal and currently resides in New Jersey.

 


Keri Verga

Keri Verga is Vice President of Client Relations at Borer Financial Communications, Inc. In this capacity, she is responsible for project management and working directly with clients and staff. Ms. Verga works closely with all team members at Borer to ensure timely and successful filings from inception to completion. She was one of the first employees when Borer Financial was founded in 1996. In 2000, Ms. Verga left Borer Financial to pursue her career in a different field. After 13 years, she has returned to us. Ms. Verga holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.


Lori Anderson

Lori Anderson is Vice President of XBRL Services at Borer Financial Communications, Inc. She oversees every step of the clients’ XBRL process from conversion to filing. Ms. Anderson is responsible for reviewing tagged data and confirming that it is complete with the US GAAP tag definitions. She also ensures that every question and comment from the client in regards to their XBRL files is addressed, implemented, and reviewed for accuracy. Ms. Anderson came on board with Borer Financial immediately following the completion of her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Florida State University.


Sue Marsala

Sue Marsala is Vice President of Accounting Services at Borer Financial Communications, Inc. Her duties include overseeing all aspects of Accounts Receivable as well as Accounts Payable. Ms. Marsala tracks all billable activity for each document from inception of the filing to when it is actually filed with the SEC. She also ensures that each client receives an itemized bill. Ms. Marsala has been with Borer Financial for the past 6 years. She is an alumni of Bergen Community College in NJ and holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting.
